Walpole Youth Soccer Field

CampusCare® was contracted by Walpole Youth Soccer Association in 2003 to provide sports turf maintenance services to all of its soccer fields. The fields are located at two different sites within Walpole, The Fields at Endean and Ellis Park Field.
In addition to regular maintenance services, CampusCare® has completed several field improvement projects to enhance the field conditions. The proactive planning of the volunteer association has helped to transition the fields to a higher level of play, and each project has been targeted to achieve specific results.
The Walpole Youth Soccer Association (WYSA) is a volunteer organization “dedicated to providing the youth of Walpole the opportunity to learn, play, and appreciate the game of soccer.” In addition to providing in town opportunities, WYSA is also partnered with the Boston Area Youth Soccer Association and the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association, enabling over one thousand players a chance to enjoy and participate in soccer.
The full scope of services that CampusCare® provides to WYSA include:
- Preparing the fields for spring readiness
- Removing leaves, trash, and natural debris from the property
- Providing weekly maintenance mowing of turf fields
- Providing scheduled turf fertilizer to promote turf health and density
- Applying targeted weed and insect controls to the turf
- Core aeration services
- Irrigation start up, maintenance, and winterization
Well maintained sports turf is integral to achieving the goals of the dedicated volunteers who run WYSA, and CampusCare® is proud to be responsible for the upkeep of such important and widely used fields
